Why: The Eagles didn't have to trade up to get Mitchell as none of the cornerbacks had been taken before their pick. The Eagles had some inside intel on Mitchell as Toledo head coach Nick Sirianni is close friends with Toledo coach Jason Candle. If Mitchell is ready to start Day 1, this is a home run pick for the Eagles.
